Indigenous & Native American Therapy: IFS, EMDR, Nature‑Based Care

As a Native American therapist in Arizona, I support Indigenous adults navigating trauma, grief, identity pain, and generational wounds. I offer grief and trauma therapy grounded in culture, relationship, and trust. My approach integrates nature-based therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices to help clients feel safe, seen, and reconnected to who they are.
