Identity & Cultural Reconnection
Many of the people I work with are walking in two worlds. You may feel pulled between cultural expectations, family roles, and the need to survive in spaces that don’t always understand who you are. Therapy can be a space to reconnect with your truth—your values, your voice, your ancestors, your story.
This is about healing from internalized beliefs, cultural disconnection, or the feeling that you have to be someone else to belong. Together, we can explore what it means to come home to yourself and your lineage—with tenderness and strength.
